About Us

Jaipur Joy started life as The House of Eunice on a market stall in the city of London but found its home eight years later at Gabriel’s Wharf on the South Bank. The Shop was well established and loved with a great following for 10 years. Since the Pandemic struck its founder, Rachel Joseph, took the hard decision to close her Shop on the South Bank and moved to Frome in Somerset. Sadly, the House of Eunice ltd was closed as a business in January 2021.

Rachel has since been able to transform her business model and has moved between Frome and Jaipur where she has set up her own stitching unit and is creating her own collections for sale to trade. Rachel named her new business, Jaipur Joy; to express her newfound Joy in creating an affordable brand with a distinct Joy for life in the colour, print and designs at the heart of the brand.

She is also available to take on some orders to produce for trade.
Trade enquiries should get in touch on our contact us page.

Rachel has always keenly felt that Fashion should be made fair, from the staff team that produce each garment to the printers who hold to a low impact on the environment philosophy to the customer who purchases the chosen finished garment.

We are a responsible fashion brand, who actively put people and planet before profit. We are part of the Ecologi family and are committed to offset our carbon footprint by planting trees and supporting projects around the world which are designed to lower carbon emissions.

We favour natural fibres and organic cottons where possible.

Each individual garment carries its own provenance, often with details about the printers who made the fabric, the techniques used and the tailors who stitched the garment. In this way we hope that value will be attached to each individual textile and garment in our collection and that it will become a treasure as it becomes part of your wardrobe.
