Our Hand Loom Weavers
Hand loom is currently in serious decline across India and so we at The House of Eunice support the handloom cottage industry when ever we can by commissioning scarfs to be woven and to buy individual finished pieces that are particularly beautiful. We source from Bihar state which is one the poorest states in India. This is where the Tussah silk cottage industry is located. We also work with weavers in the villages surrounding Misor, which is famous for its mulberry silk farming.
